Went to see Ladyhawke last night at Rough Trade East (a very cool record shop in London). Unlike this remix her new stuff is a lot less electro than her first album.
Just as her first album was by way of the 80s her second is by way of early 90s Seattle rock. She still manages to write a damn good pop song all the same. Well worth checking her out if she plays a gig near you.
